This Education Portfolio was created in my Education 102 (Introduction to the world of the Learner) course for the purpose of demonstrating my understanding of the eight Medgar Evers College Departmental Standards for Education: Knowledge, Personal and Global Consciousness, Analytical Ability, Creativity, Professionalism, Effective Communication, and Commitment and Care. For each standard, I was required to provide evidence from previous classes that show how I met each particular standard. Along with each piece of evidence I was also expected to provide a reflection that explains the assignment given, the knowledge and skills I acquired, and how this assignment reflects my mastery of each standard.
