                                  Motivating Students To Do Better

I believe that an educator’s job is to push their students to do better and be the best that her or she can be. The reason why I think that is because the teacher and other faculty members in the school are with students more than their parents are. Due to the fact that is the case, with have to be that other parent that they could trust and feel comfortable coming to whenever something in their life gets tough. When a student sees that they have a teacher that cares about them a lot, chances are they are going to want to be closer to you. At times students will find that their schoolwork or homework will get harder and harder as they climb up the leader, we as the educators whether you are a teacher, principal, assistant principal, paraprofessional or whatever title you have are main job is to get the students going towards the right path. Why? Even if the students graduate from college, things might get a bit easy but not much because they have to work, pay bills, raise a family etc. If they are not able to do that they are going to be in so much trouble in their adulthood and we do not want to see that. As for as I am concern I want to be the type of teacher and male role model that my students look up and prepare them to get through life. I want to make sure that they pass every state or city exam possible. I never want them to look foolish and I certainly don’t want my students to feel that there are not smart because they are even if he or she is not on their grade level.
